What can I store in REPONA?+
Your image prompts and your links. REPONA is built for image prompts, which is why the paid AI features (Merge, Describe-and-match and PDF import) exist. Links to custom GPTs, Loom videos, YouTube tutorials or any other page are unlimited and free.
Does it work with Midjourney, Sora, Kling or Higgsfield?+
Yes, with all of them. REPONA stores your prompts as text, so a prompt works in whichever tool you paste it into. It doesn't connect to those tools. It's the one place you keep and find the prompts you use across them.
Where is my data stored, and is it private?+
Your prompts and links stay on your device. The one exception is the paid AI features: the prompt or PDF you submit for that action is sent to our AI provider to produce your result, and it is never used to train models. We never sell your content, and you can export everything any time.
If my laptop dies, is my library gone?+
Not if you have a backup, and keeping one is easy. Export is free for everyone and saves your whole library as a JSON file. That file re-imports in any browser. And the dashboard reminds you every 7 days, so you always have a recent copy.

What can I do without AI or credits?+
Quite a lot. The organizer is free forever: save, tag, search, and build image prompts in the Prompt Builder. Credits only power the AI features: Smart Split, Merge, Auto-label, and PDF import. Everything else works with no credits at all.
What are credits?+
Credits power the AI actions (Smart Split, Merge, PDF import, Auto-label). Each paid plan includes monthly credits, and new subscribers get a one-time 5,000 credit bonus in their first month only. The free organizer needs no credits.
What if I run out of credits?+
If you use up your credits before the month resets, the AI features pause until your next monthly credits arrive, or you can top up credits anytime. The free organizer keeps working regardless.
What if the AI gives me a result I don't want?+
Then you don't keep it, and you're not charged. You only ever pay for the prompts you actually keep. Every AI run costs me in the background whether you keep the result or not, so there is no risk of paying for nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Anytime. Your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period, then billing stops. Your library is always yours, and you can export it whenever you like.
